Project Solution
Climatec worked closely with the design team to successfully install a new Native BACnet web based DDC system in the St. Luke’s Lakeside Hospital.
The project consisted of air cooled chillers, boilers, variable air volume air handling units, terminal units, fan coil units, smoke exhaust systems, room pressurization, and many more types of equipment.
In addition, a full native BACnet DDC system was installed at the hospital. Climatec monitors and controls various types of critical equipment that are key to managing a successful hospital.
The project includes a total of 2 global controllers (CCP) and over 200 DDC Controllers (UC). Climatec currently has an ongoing service contract with St. Luke’s to continually reduce operating costs and optimize system efficiency while keeping patients comfortable at all times.
