Climatec, collaborating closely with the organization, implemented life safety repairs at Treasure House, improving their security system and resolving card access controls issues. By understanding Treasure House’s unique needs, acquiring materials at a lower cost, and providing value-add services and savings on services and labor, the project was able to be completed within budget. Creating a long-lasting partnership with future opportunities for additional improvements.
