Project Solution
Completed during off-hours, this extensive retrofit project including upgrades and expansion of an Alerton BACtalk building control system, West-Com nurse call solution, Edwards EST fire-life safety system and related integration services. The project was completed as a design-build solution directly with the hospital - and completed within budget and ahead of schedule.
The complete project included building technology solutions a New Tower expansion; new first floor 32-bed Emergency Department with 32 Beds and 4 Masters; 2nd Floor renovation with 32 Beds and 2 Masters; 3rd Floor with 30 Beds and a 4-Bed Dialysis area; and 13 Beds addition for the new Mendy’s pediatric Emergency Department. An existing PACU was also renovated and outfitted with new Code Blue system.
